May marked WYC Regional Director Jay Harris’ international visit to Affiliates in Wales and England. He enjoyed his time with Affiliate clubs in local communities bringing WYC’s mission to life, creating moments of meaningful exchange, learning, and a sense of unity that transcends borders.

Building on the incredible momentum achieved during the Boys and Girls Clubs of Wales visit to the WYC global headquarters a few months ago, Jay joined them in Wales for the launch of their online curriculum for youth development workers. He also visited several clubs, including Grangetown Boys and Girls Club where he introduced the youth to baseball. What began as a simple lesson quickly became a door for cultural exchange, showing how even a single activity has the potential to connect young people from different parts of the world.

This visit was a reminder of the power of connection and purpose. Experiences like these strengthen relationships, inspire new possibilities, and continue expanding WYC’s global reach.
